Climate advising helps your school move forward on your initiatives of achieving a supportive school culture and holistic learning experience. Gloetry offers workshops, trainings, culture audits, and healing circles that are tailored to the needs of schools and educators.

Beginning with Advisory
Implementing a meaningful Advisory period at your school is worth the effort. Advisory is a crucial component to developing a school climate that fosters academic growth as well as emotional health. Gloetry helps schools just beginning with Advisory, assisting in developing safe environments that support connection, build relationships, and give students the gift of self-awareness.
Advisory Level Up
Gloetry helps schools that have already started an Advisory program realize the potential that this sacred time promises. We can help you tap into Advisory as a way to create a cohesive school community, give teachers new skills to lead, and empower your teachers to dig deeper into tough topics.
Healing Circle Training
Healing Circles bring groups together in a safe space to practice self-confidence, be reminded of their worth, find support, express feelings openly and freely, create community, and foster healing. This training is for educators and students who want to implement Healing Circles for their school community.
Climate Audit
Gloetry helps educational institutions gain a deeper understanding of their current school climate. Audits reveal the level of connectedness of peer-to-peer relationships, student-to-teacher relationships, and students’ overall connection with the institution. If you’re not sure where to start in improving your school climate, a Climate Audit will provide the foundation for this work.

Affinity Groups
An affinity group is for people with similar backgrounds, interests, or demographic factors, such as BIPOC groups, LGBTQ groups, and neurodivergent groups. Gloetry provides guidance and support to new and reoccurring affinity heads, and leads Healing Circles for these spaces.
