Soul Leadership Healing Circle
A healing circle for mission-driven women leaders of color to draw strength from our shared experiences and identities. Together, we support each other to rise and live into our true potential.
Soul Leadership Healing Circle
As WoC leaders, we are often moving through predominately white institutions isolated navigating racism, unconscious bias and oppressive systems. Because of this, we might experience feeling ostracized, disposable, misunderstood, marginalized, minimized, and invisible by the community that surrounds us. Healing circles offer a lifeline to navigate living in an unjust and unequal culture that tells BIPOC folks that we are inadequate and inferior by giving us a sense of community where we can be in solidarity with each other.
Because of the inner work that takes place in healing circles, we are able to lean into our identities with pride, cultivate our inner-authority, and build our sense of self-confidence and self-assuredness. We believe that strengthening ourselves with a circle of love is integral to our wellbeing.
These healing circles are designed specifically for Heads of Schools, Executive Directors, and CEOs who desire a space that nourishes their souls and allows them to find respite from their busy schedules. You’re leaders, caretakers of your family, and mothers, and it can be difficult to find time to take care of yourself, so this space was created for you to find solace and renewal.
Joining this healing circle offers you:
A Resilient Network: Connect, confide, and forge a supportive community with like-minded Women of Color (WoC) Professionals within your industry. Here, you become trusted resources for one another, fostering enduring bonds.
Meditation & Mindfulness: Experience the grounding power of guided meditation. It encourages you to slow down and establish a profound connection with your inner self, fostering personal growth and tranquility.
Safe Exploration: This circle creates a secure space for profound introspection and reflective discussions. Delve into your beliefs, emotions, and actions as a leader, promoting a deeper understanding of your leadership journey.

Our healing circles are for self- identified women and femmes of color. We create an intersectional space, which means that we encourage the exploration of how all aspects of our identity, including but not limited to race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, country of origin, age, mental and physical ability, education, socio-economic background etc. intersect with and impact our experiences as women. We give space to groups who have historically been marginalized in society and have disproportionately struggled to have their voices heard.
“I’m so thankful Gloetry entered my life when it did. A safe space to speak my truth, however scary, was always received by a group of truly inspiring and supportive women. The questions asked and the self reflecting journaling that takes place in these get togethers can transform negative thought patterns and encourage breakthroughs. What I love even more than my own victories of inner work is the sense of community and belonging I feel when sitting in the group circle listening to everyone’s stories/truth. Through Gloetry, I’ve asked myself some tough questions, which I’m still journeying through, and made deep connections and friendships. It’s an amazing group to be a part of; the energy, women, and support is refreshing and undeniably vital.”
